Hacking your way to a productive culture.
Culture happens in every organization no matter what. Whether it is the culture you want depends on being intentional. New approaches to building culture after the pandemic are needed to catch up with the new hybrid workplace. This workshop reveals decades of research on the power of being intentional when it comes to creating culture in teams, groups, companies and even countries. You will learn how mindful organizations create amazing cultures where respect and diversity lead to innovation, and how mindless organizations create the obstacles of their own demise.
You will learn:
- Some mind-blowing experiments, conducted over decades, on what creates or destroys cultures.
- How to become intentional about culture.
- How to disrupt culture without destroying it so you can start fresh.
