Too many companies dive headfirst into coding and developing when they want to create a new website. But that’s often the direct road to failure.
Your website is not a detached part of your company profile that you can let some (internal or external) web developers take control of. Instead, it is (or should be) a deeply integrated part of your company and support both your overall goals, your sales and marketing, and maybe even your product development.
We can help you to get a great start to your website development process and make sure that you integrate all the crucial elements it takes to make your website a success.
With this one-week sprint, we’ll lead you through the steps it takes to get ready to start developing your website so that you end up with a site to support your whole business. We’ll end up with a common understanding of your audience and your website goals, a common vision towards how your brand is represented, anticipated touchpoints with your users – and not least a package of wireframes and design mockups supporting your goals and ready to hand over to your internal or external web developers.
Day 1: Discover and understand your audience and your brand
On this first day, we’ll start by figure out the essentials of your brand and how it should look to your audience. Together, we’ll work with your personas, your brand personality, your current and the anticipated customer journey(s), and then we’ll agree on the overall goals of the new website.

Day 2: Sketch and decide
Today, it’s time to zoom in on your new website. We’ll brainstorm ideas for the website based on the insights from yesterday. Together, we’ll prioritize ideas and sketch out your initial wireframes to agree on the direction to go (and don’t worry, you don’t have to be good at drawing for this, we got you).
Day 3: Prototyping: Our designers do their magic
With your goals, requirements, and initial sketches for wireframes in place, our designers will spend this day creating clickable wireframes, ending up with a prototype of your future website.

Day 4: Feedback Round
Today, you’ll be presented to the website prototype. Together, we’ll review it and our designers will make the necessary changes.
Day 5: Tests and round up
This is the last day of our sprint and today we’re going to round up the week by quick-testing the prototype with members of your target audience. We’ll wrap up the week with a presentation of the final version of the prototype together with the findings from the user tests so that you’re ready to move on with the development of your new website.

The price for this week-long sprint starts from 35.000 DKK. The final price depends on your need and the number of people participating.
