If we replace subjective opinions with data, we’ll get a foundation to evaluate ideas to be good or bad.
Hierarchy and budgets dominate what will be developed. An idea occurs due to a possibility of opportunity. And a person high in hierarchy falls in love with it. The idea is developed. Without knowing what value it will bring to the end user. The thing is good looking – but not interesting to the customer, when it is developed. The good idea wasn’t as good as expected, but no one says it aloud. The organization has lost a lot of money and resources on development, which a better process could have used for hunting better business opportunities.
If we replace subjective opinions with data, we’ll get a foundation to evaluate ideas to be good or bad.
New Processes by Innovation Lab helps you with processes that identify the good ideas. We clarify the problem space – where you often stop at the symptom – and facilitate ideation sessions, design sprints or test setups, where user involvement and feedback loops serve as backbones.
Reach out if you wish:
