Capability in a digital age does not only require technological skills, but also another approach to eg. being a part of a network, being online and offline, being able to adapt, think critically and collaborate. Also in our private lives there are a lot of issues that we need to address, that we didn’t know of 20 years ago. What is it that we need to understand, to navigate in and be a part of? How do we do that? As a company or organisation? As humans, children, adults and elderly?

Skills by Innovation Lab focuses on future skills and the need to learn new skills that are vital during the digital transformation. With 20 years experience doing innovation processes, developing organisations, people and services Louise from Skills by Innovation Lab can give you a speech, facilitate a workshop or go into the engine room as a sparring partner or innovator.
