Alan is an accomplished designer, artist and business innovator. Alan is the author of four books on creativity, design and business transformation, his latest, “DO Design. Why beauty is key to everything” is an inspirational guide to beauty and the design of business that is capturing the hearts, hands and minds of people around the world.
Alan has spoken at SXSW, The Do Lectures, MIT, Sloan School of Management and The Hay on Wye Literature Festival, has written for The Guardian, Stanford Social Innovation Review, Management Today, and appeared on the BBC and Monocle’s, ‘The Entrepreneurs’. He has been privileged to advise, and work with many leading businesses across six continents. Also, Alan still works as an artist and tries to live every day as beautifully as he can.
