An economy based on the four pillars of sustainability makes perfect sense even to Blackrock’s 6 trillion$ money pot. But how do we make the sustainability agenda become a driver rather than a drag? Build your personal New Growth map and charter how the new principles for growth can make perfect business sense.
Day 2, pre-noon module “From organisation to organism”.

Now, let’s get super practical. Most businesses are using 21st cent. digital technology but are guided by 19th century business and organisation principles. Learn the necessary organisational transitions by way of best case examples and get the tools to update people and culture to the new economy.
Day 2, afternoon module “My New Growth Business”.
A creative finale facilitated by Kristine Sirnes, Mads Thimmer and Alan Moore.
Fuelled by insight from two intense days, participants now turn their gaze inwards and apply what they have learned to build an imaginary “dream” company – that the world needs. By means of feedback, iteration and learning loops, the applied knowledge will internalize key elements of the new economy and how to apply them.

Mads Thimmer founded Innovation Lab in 2001, rebuilt it as an organism in 2013 and is presently its CEO. Mads has worked in all industries to create value from a changing world order by means of new products, new strategies and transformation to new organisational structures. In his spare time, Mads is a guest lecturer and business mentor at Stanford University and a prized international speaker in topics of business transformation, strategy and organisational renewal.
Kristine Sirnes has more than 20 years of experience from marketing and brand building with large corporations, scale-ups and start-ups. She holds a masters degree in Leadership and Communication and has recent years played a vital role in developing a new culture within one of the largest Norwegian corporations. A future with infinite technological possibilities is still people-centric. Kristine teaches how purpose-driven businesses and strong brands grow through thriving people.
Alan Moore is an accomplished designer, artist, business innovator. Author of four books, on creativity, design and business transformation. Working directly with companies and organisations Alan mentors, individuals or teams, delivering inspirational leadership programmes, and advising on how business can become more beautiful with the multiple benefits this approach can bring. Working on six continents, Alan has shared his knowledge in the form of board and advisory positions as well as teaching in institutions as wide-ranging as MIT, Sloan School of Management and INSEAD.
